Although many people can differentiate between ethical and legal issues, it is often confusing for normal business managers to differentiate it. For there managers, they need to be trained first, so they can make functional business decisions while managing legal and ethical affairs with responsibility. Whenever legal and ethical decisions are suggested as independent, the good executive must be able to recognizes differences in legal and ethical affairs instinctively. Even though there are some legal issues that are obvious, many civil ligation happened due to borderline ethics decisions. As we can see, now there are formal procedures in resolving ethical disputes between two parties, such as litigation and civil complaints.
