Paraphrase exercise 3

Despite the fact ethical and legal issues are divided, a business manager who is not skilled in the area of law frequently finds the border line of these issues confusing. A manager learns to make functional business decisions but he needs to have some accountability on legal and ethical issues management. Although legal and ethical issues are recommended to be autonomous, there is a belief that a good decision-making person “automatically” is aware of variation in legal and ethical issues. Whereas some legal issues are clear, many borderline ethics decisions consequence in civil lawsuit. In fact, civil protests and court case are official ways to respond to ethical disagreements among the two sides.
