Many people could differentiate between ethical and legal issues, but the business manager could found difficulties to separate them. therefore the business managers should be trained, so that they could make functional business decision while they are managing the affairs between ethical and legal issues. Moreover, a good executive should be able to recognizes the difference between the ethical and legal issues and the affairs between them, whenever they are suggested as independent. then, there are some legal issues that are obvious and many borderline that cause the civil litigation. In fact, the formal procedure that resolve ethical disputes two parties are civil complaints and litigation.
