Paraphrase Exercise III

There are two differences between the issues to the manager who do not has specific skills as a lawyer. That are ethical and legal issues. The manager learned to make the best decision and take responsibility. When legal and ethical should take decisions, they think that the good manager already knew about the differences by themselves. Moreover, even some legal issues already proved, it has been an ethics to solve the problems in the law court. In fact, the best way to solve ethical disputes are only by civil complaints and litigation.
