Ethical and legal issues are often being separated by many people,but for a business manager who is not trained as a lawyer,these issues are often ambiguous to them. functional business decisions are to be made by trained manager and they has the responsibility for the management of legal and ethical affairs. If legal and ethical decisions is independent,good executives will recognizes the difference in the issues. Many borderline ethics decision results in civil ligitation although some legal issues are obvious. Ethical disputes between two parties are resolved by civil complaints and litigation as a formal procedure.
