Paraphrasing : Exercise 3
The different between ethical and legal issues are little to the business manager who is not trained as a lawyer. As a good business manager, every decision that has been made need to be functional and of course, responsible for the legal and ethical relations. However, there is an assumption which predict that the difference between ethical and legal issues are not depending on another's authority. It means that, as a good manager, he/she must be able to regonize those automatically. Meanwhile, some legal issues are obvious; it makes some ethical decisions that have been made need to end up law or civil litigation. In fact, the formal procedure of solving ethical problems between those two are the critics and complaints from society as well as litigation.
