Currently, the devices that most affect children are computer, hand phone, and media spectacle such as television and film. We will discuss about one of them. Positive or negative influence that can come out of the tool is of course a lot depends on the utilization.
First, I will talk about Bad Influence of Computer Games. One example is a bad influence from the possibility of children, most likely without the knowledge of parents, kids play games featuring elements such as violence and aggressiveness. Many education experts warns that violence and aggression scented games this is the trigger aggressive behaviors in children. Second, is internet. Many children are good on accessing internet. Unfortunately, children are also threatened by the number of bad information flooding the internet. Through internet, various sex materials, violence, and others were sold openly and without hindrance.
Next, we will discuss about positive of Information and Communication Technology of student. Most of children spend their time on playing computer games. It is also good from one side and bad in the other side. While playing games, children are use their left and right brain to solve the problem in inside. They use their imagination and having fun. Besides that, they can improve their English. Their vocabulary will keep increasing since they play it. Internet also gives good learning to children. They can search information and make relationship between all users. As parents, they must keep control their children while using internet. Don’t let they use computer for long time. Addicted to playing computer made children become lazy to write, draw or even social activities. Playing computer addiction can happen, especially because since the beginning of a parent does not make the rules to play the computer.
As a result, we realize that Information and Communication Technology has brought major changes to student. There were only us who can or cannot bring change to the positive or negative direction.
