Exercise three - Paraphrase

When a lot of peoples can divide the issue between ethical and legal, the limitations between these issues are frequently confusing to the business manager who not normally qualified as a legal representative. In making useful business decision, the manager should be qualified and has dependability for the management of official and ethical relationships. Legal and ethical decisions are independent, when it is suggested as an assumption for high quality executive “ instinctively” known as difference in legal and ethical issue. Nowadays lots of intermediate ethics solution becoming social complain, however there are several official issues that clear enough to understand. In realism, social criticism and legal action becoming an official system that determines the ethical disagreement between two communities.

Nowadays many people apart from the ethical and legal issues, business managers are not the same as lawyers also often affected by this ambiguous issues. Trained to make a wise business decision, a manager does not have an obligation to deal with legal matters and ethics. Legal and ethical decisions independently based on the responses suggested a good decision in recognizing the differences in law and ethics are the objectives of decisions in civil litigation.
